When I first saw that Liberty University offered a degree in Marketplace Chaplaincy, I had no idea what they meant. I originally imagined a side street filled with booths where people sold their wares like fruit, textiles, handmade pottery, flowers, and then there was the Chaplain with his own booth reading from the Bible and foretelling the future and what it had in store for us. Everything was dusty and dingy and everyone was wearing brown, or possibly just very dirty white, clothing.
